Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Application Specialist:
• Maintain food tracking for corrections in FMMP (Food Menu Management Program) software
• Work with FMMP Software Troubleshooting
• Create Reports with software System
• Manage Data Entry – Plugging information into the system
• Implement new upgrades and programs as needed
• Training of program to applicable managers
• Assist corrections team with questions, issues, and concerns
• Admin work as needed
Job Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the food & beverage/ hospitality/Corrections business * Takes direction well with limited supervision * Drive and ownership of software system
* Demonstrated self-starter with good organizational skills who can work both independently and in an integrated, multi-disciplined team environment
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both orally and in written form. * Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Reporting Software * Database Entry is a plus * Accounting Skills * College Degree Preferred in Accounting * Knowledge of Food Vertical software application helpful
