Tax Time America is looking for an experienced Tax Professional willing to work part-time at our Warren location.
Our office hours are Monday-Saturday (10am-7pm) and Sunday (12pm-5pm)
Candidates should have great interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with clients and work well in an office environment.
Candidates will also need to have 1-plus years of individual/entity level tax preparation experience. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Pay Rate: Commission Based - 12% of paid tax prep fees on all IRS paid returns you complete as the preparer.*
Commissions are paid to tax preparer ONE (1) week after IRS pays on return on Fridays. Bonus: $25 per referral, limit 12 referrals per preparer, based upon complete 1040 federal AND state IRS paid returns.* Payable May 2010
Ex: Susie works 20 hours per week, prepares 2 returns per hour. Assume average return fee is $200*. Number of returns per hour: 2 Return Fee: $200* 2 x 20 x $200* x 12% = $960* payable 1 week after IRS payout on Friday*
Available Bonus: $25 per referral*; limit 12 per preparer $25 x 12 = $300 payable May 2010
Potential Commission Pay = 13 weeks @ $960, Bonus $300 Net Pay: $960 x 13 = $12,480 Susie's Total Income: $12,480 + $300 = $12,780*
