We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and customer service oriented person to join our family as a community living facilitator for a unique program. The Community Living Facilitator provides direct care, supervises staff, maintains paperwork and basic financial records, and is responsible for safety and well-being of adults with developmental disabilities who may also have behavioral or mental health issues. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable and comfortable working with shifting priorities while managing short and long-term client needs. $2426/month.
