Media Advertising company is seeking a multi-tasking Administrative Assistant to work out of our Columbus,OH office.
Duties to include customer service, processing and verifing customer contracts, collecting artwork and offers from customers, answering phones, filing, assisting Sales Manager as needed. MUST be proficient in Micrsoft Excel and Outlook. (Applicant without experience will not be considered) Must be able to work in a fast paced sales office with the ability to meet deadlines!
