Global Impact, a not-for-profit organization that raises millions annually for those in need, is seeking an Operations Assistant.
We are seeking a team player whose responsibilities will include organizing and distributing supplies, incentives and awards. Additional responsibilities include the completion of monthly supplies reporting, purchase orders, supply room maintenance, moving delivery boxes and supplies distribution.
Prior experience in a mail room or supply warehouse preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with a customer service focus are essential. Must be detail oriented and able to multitask and prioritize. Ideal candidates will have MS Office suite experience and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. High School diploma required.
This position is based in Washington, DC and is metro accessible.
